An individual, business or organization that is a member of the Shenango Valley Chamber may submit
nominations for the Phoenix Awards. The nine categories for nomination include:

Innovation
Small Manufacturing
Large Manufacturing
Small Service
Large Service
Non-Profit/Service
Beautifcation
Nominations are based on the performance of the nominees for the calendar year January 1, 2011 through December 31, 2011
