Open House or Ribbon Cutting Ceremony

The Shenango Valley Chamber of Commerce would like to support an open house or ribbon cutting ceremony for your business.   In order to qualify you must be a Chamber member and meet one of the following criteria:  new business, new ownership, expansion, major renovation, relocation or addition of locations. 

Included in this member benefit, we can supply the following at no cost:

• Scissors
• Ribbon
• Ambassadors
• Mailing list for public officials and media
• Announcement in Images Newsletter and on SVCOC website
• Press Release to media 
• Broadcast e-mail notification to Chamber members
• SVCOC Certificate of Recognition

Your celebration can be as simple or as elaborate as you wish.  If you want a large number of people in attendance, we suggest sending invitations to a targeted group and/or advertise in the newspapers and on the radio.  Some businesses run specials to honor the occasion or give away door prizes or mementos.  You might fly pennants, flags or balloons.
